Block!

Last night my husband and I went to dinner and everything on the menu was greasy carb loaded goodness! I always take my block with me, especially when we go out to dinner. I usually take 2 block capsules before lunch AND before dinner. I take them before both meals for optimal use. I love it because it does just what it says it does and ‘blocks’ 48% of carbs and starches you consume in your meals BUT it also helps curb your appetite so that you don’t eat as much. You’ll see a video I have attached that my team mate Kim made about Block. She is the Block queen and has so much great information on the product.
